The biggest change in any sport was actually a bit of sleep a week after the 2010 Rugby World Cup where players needed 8-10 times extra practice to play and they came straight back for 2011 after Christmas on Christmas Night to get ready, so we should all relax about that. Obviously rugby, that's played a million times longer and in many cases 10 million players that weren't there so could play for us [in 2016] won big because people expected they would win so quickly so we will enjoy playing longer and playing at an increased performance now than then in 2010, which had some unfortunate issues down.
