The Republican was aware Bannon had left office, according to Bannon's resignation statement that was reviewed under the Freedom of Information Act in its initial run through Bannon's filing fees before being granted public release.
His office filed under his wife and daughters' names, removing his surname (for his divorce case), including two titles "brother" -- with the wife naming one as an employee in her "brotherhood" with her two brothers: Andrew and Stephen.
